Information on the placement test

How are your language skills? The free placement test which has been developed by GoAcademy test developers, determines your language level in ten minutes. In the test, you are required to answer the 40 multiple choice questions and write a short essay. After completion of the test, you will receive an immediate assessment of your language level. The Assessment of your language level is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for languages (CEFR).

The free placement test with analysis and recommendations

When all questions of the placement test have been completed, you will be able to see your language level. You will receive a detailed evaluation of your language test by email. Also included are the CEFR descriptions of your language level, the correct answers and recommendations for further learning.

With the placement test results you will have a good impression of your language skills and with the language assessment level, you can easily choose which course is best for you.

The placement test has many tasks to be completed, including the reading comprehension which tests your language capabilities in vocabulary and grammar.

It is important for the teachers and other language professionals: When it comes to the very advanced language competence this test doesn’t differentiate a lot. The main focus of the tasks to be dealt with, are going to be familiar to all students.
